Early Access Code

Hi All,

I purchased the game back on 7/13/2013 from the SE online store and got my order confirmation from digital river same day.

I am a bit confused on how to get early access. Is there an email im supposed to wait for? I have look through the forums and I think I might be missing something.

Make sure to check your junk/spam folders as there have been reports of those early access code emails, ending up there. However; you should have received it by now.

Thats the thing , I made a new email account to keep this separate from all my other stuff and I have yet to get anything.

They never sent out an email saying the site was ready.

Go to http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ (can switch na for eu)

and enter the 18digit code that you got in the email. It will give you a 20 digit code and a link to enter that.

There is no email. You enter the code on the receipt into the preorder website and follow the instructions.

Calastir, the thing is that some don't receive their 18 digit codes straight away. For example I got worried about my first order as I ordered it back in May and I never received anything apart from the confirmation of purchase and the order ID of my completed ordered. So due to possible concerns that I may have not receive my codes on time, I went and ordered from another retailer that I've always trusted and I got my early access code moments after purchase. However; the funny thing is I now received my early access code from my very first order a few hours ago >_<

The only group of people who had delayed codes were the people who purchased from the EU SE store. Since that doesn't apply to the OP my statement was accurate.
