To those who pre-ordered on PSN(Devs Help Please!).

I know all the stuff(Early Access, Pre-order Items) is in my service list(PSN), but what I want to know is how do I get it to show up in my service list on the SE Management site? Usually it'll show everything relating to the game the only thing I see in my service list on SE Management is FFXIV dated at Jun 14(P3). Please Help!

I am wondering if the PS3 not working currently has something to do with the PSN maintenance currently as the store and account management is not going to work during the maintenance. I think in about 2hrs when it ends things will work correct (or I hope).

PS: everything I know is that with PSN there is no need for early access codes as our PSN account shows early access and live game, but as said above it may not currently see it till PSN is back running after the maintenance.

I hope you're right, but I was seeing this before the maintenance. Lets hope.

I just checked on my ps3. Yesterday had the maintenance, but just now was able to log in. Then had to link my beta account to the pre-order, accept user agreement for psn, and SE. Then it started down client update.

The second screenshot is what I get having preordered the collectors edition.
Perhaps seeing as you've only just preordered the normal game, maybe you have to wait until it launches to actually be able to do anything?

I had to go on the launcher myself to link my account and get the game to appear in my service list.

So.. PSN maintenance is over and it seems we still have the same issues, I'm just slightly confused now.. my service account from open beta is still available for my viewing via account management, but I am not sure why the game does not see it. There are no codes from PSN pre-orders.. so I am not sure what to do at this point really.. maybe we just have to wait till servers are up for it to see it? But i feel like there is a patch and we should be able to get it before servers are live..

this particular forum is according to the sticky for player help by players. its unlikely to get a dev response you would need to post in the support section to get any official reply.
unless by pure luck one decides to post here (unlikely though)

I got through and was able to patch as well. I know it's basic but make sure your account is linked PS3 and is linked on SE site.

Recently we confirmed an issue for North American users that pre-ordered on the PSN between Tuesday, August 13 and Thursday, August 15. We just posted an announcement regarding this:
