We reformed and I can think already of about 10 people we need to remove that have yet to be back on since even before the systems went down. I really hope that SE can fix this by next major update.

This topic has my 100% support. It is a gripe that I have had since my beta days and I'm surprised that they have not done this yet. How many threads on this topic are needed before the devs take action?
I'm aware that its most definitely not near the top of their priority list and I'm no programmer, but this can't really take much more then a full days worth of work + testing to implement, right? A kick feature from anywhere + on offline members. That's all I need right now.
Everything else for the LS management can come later for all I care.
Please add these features~

Linkshell management ------->>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Size of Spells X1million.
wth is wrong with devs priorities , honestly.
There's nothing wrong with the devs priorities, they may be working on this right now for all we know.
Honestly this is something that does need to be addressed but I think that completely changing a lot of the core systems of a game is a bit higher on the priority list. Size of spells was likely just one thing they already finished.
Being able to remove members is really the biggest one. My shell has had to reform multiple times now simply because we can't remove the inactive members who are too lazy to drop their pearl before they quit or "are coming back when it's fixed". I'm just not sure who designed the current system and legitimately thought it was a good idea. No game's guild system works as poorly as this one does.
The problem is we don't know and the issue is not enough people run linkshells to know what kind of an issue it truly is. Being able to remove inactive members without them having to be online is a huge thing and SE really does need to address this. There's nothing wrong with the devs priorities, they may be working on this right now for all we know.

This could be because there is also a thread about this in the appropriate section of the forums.

Also, "crowd control" is about controlling the behavior of multiple monsters, not players.

talking about this issue... is just.... WTH!? it's very basically stuff for every MMO
Yes this is a major problem, u can find a thread about this in every forum section but still nothing from our community reps.
Some people don't play the game cause they don't want to solo, LS leaders sometimes don't want to invite people in cause they have no more room and reforming the LS is a pain.
Agree 100% with the OP
/signed again, yet another thread about it.
