What I'd like to see:

Add/Remove member for admins, Add/Remove admin for leader.

LS announcments for weekly and daily messages so you could have the overall message, and specific messages for the days activities.

An option for the leader to multisend gil to all selected members on a list so gil can be distributed evenly to all active members for a weeks activities.

Commendations that last a month so leaders can award gold stars to members that are especially helpful/consistent. admins could grant silver stars. Would show up under your crest and in the ls list. Would be temporary so people wouldn't just give them out for looks to friends.

New crest designs and color palate that fits the world so they're distinct but not a stark contrast to everything else. rings, bracelets, necklaces, and shoulder pauldrons with a small visual spot for linkshells crest to be added.

a linkshell headquarters room in the bazaar zone where meeting could be held, free teleports, linkshell leves could be distributed there, community box that could be filled with consumable items like meds, food, and ammo. Allowing individual members to take a stack a week or day. trophy skulls of boss kills adorning the walls, along with banners and other citations.
