Didn't the last Letter from the Producer explain that there were different teams working on different things?

Each team focuses on certain game content or a particular system, and all teams’ tasks are ongoing simultaneously. There are VFX, animation, and cutscenes as well, so quite a few teams. Within each, there are staff members whose job it is to carry out the tasks of each patch, and others who focus on the large-scale elements and core of the game.
I know that linkshells aren't related to battles but it is frustrating to see that it doesn't have a dev tag.

The following threads express the want and need for the expanding of linkshell capabilities:
There is clearly a want for the recognition of this issue.

The reason, I'm assuming, this was thrown into [Dev 1024] is specifically because putting it under a battle related issue would make it more visible. [Linkshell Options] really needs it's own dev tag by this point at the very least. It's bad when it's gotten to the point where the player populace is petitioning for a problem to just get a dev tag recognition and not necessarily a fix to the problem. Considering Yoshida's words on how the teams are separated, "Battle system priority" doesn't seem like a legitimate reason anymore as there should be two different teams working on linkshell issues(the UI team) and the battle system (the battle system team).
