How long to get EA code after pre-ordering from EU store?

I pre-ordered today and it says I've access to EA and the pre-order goodies, however I haven't gotten any e-mail with the code.

Any idea how long it takes to get the e-mail? Is it automated or manually sent?

Apologies if this has been posted, but searched and checked past couple pages and couldn't find a thread with this question.

Any help appreciated.

If you got an order confirmation email, the XXXXXX-XXX-XXXXXX-XXX code ought to be in there somewhere. If it isn't or you didn't get an order confirmation email, contact the store you bought it from.

Bad Idea waiting to the last minute to preorder. I would contact that store as quick as possible at this point.

Yeah I didn't have much choice in the matter when I was able to pre-order. Only just got the funds now.

So I've the order confirmation e-mail, but it doesn't include the code. It only says that another e-mail with EA details will be sent out closer to the EA date. Which, of course, is tomorrow. So I was expecting an e-mail quite quickly after the order but have gotten nothing. Support on this side of the pond is closed now. I e-mailed anyways but likely response won't be till Monday at best. I'm in queue for webchat to talk to NA reps but doubt they can help.

As you bought it from the EU store you need to wait till they mail you the code, they should send it not long after you ordered as most have been sent out already, but there is a huge delay from when they send the codes and they actually arrive check your spam and any alternative email address you used in ordering it.

Mine was stated as having been sent out 18 hours before it actually did show in my mail, but I think that was because at the time they were bulk mailing them.

use http://www.findmyorder.com/ put in your email, and credit card info, and it will bring up your purchase, beside the pre-order bonus your key will be listed.

Unfortunately that only works for NA codes. The EU ones are sent via e-mail. There's a thread about it. Though, to be fair, I did try going there anyways lol.

Veelite, thanks for that buddy. Hopefully mine will come in the e-mail by morning. I'm waiting on NA live chat though, so maybe they can help.

If anyone else knows how long it takes or has an idea, would be very much appreciated.

the previous responders are answering with how if bought from the US store but as you said you bought from the EU store, all you can do is wait 2-3 hours but by then if the code hasnt arrived contact SE support or you may miss early access
