You can buy Orange Juice from a drink vendor in your main city. If this sounds completely random to you, then it is something you should remember. =)

Vendor items are of the same quality you get from quest rewards. If you find you've been using the same weapon/armor for more then ~5 levels, you may want to visit a vendor (or the market board) and buy your self a spiffy new one, it will make leveling much easier.
