    1.0 character did not transfer over / is not visible

    I originally bought the 1.0 CE for PC way back at launch played for 3-6 months or so (pretty much until they started monthly subscriptions back up).
    For B4 I could not see my 1.0 character there.
    I don't think I was a 'legacy' character because I never paid for 3+ months of service.
    I *believe* this was the account that I used back in 1.0 early days and I can see in my account management that FFXIV service was added in 2010.

    Any suggestions?

    [EDIT] I also submitted a support ticket 6 days ago and have not gotten a reply email yet. Despite SE claiming a response withing 48 hours of ticket creation.
