You're nitpicking the term RNG.

There is a randomness factor between fights and between groups on exactly when, during which mechanic, Titan actually goes invuln and jumps.

Oblit is correct. He's not nitpicking the term RNG. It stands for "Random Number Generator". Phase transitions and Titan jumping is 100% completely predetermined. There is absolutely nothing "Random" about it.

The term "RNG" is often used in place of the word "Variance". It is a misnomer. Variance and RNG are completely different things and it's important not to confuse the two.
