Fixing Legacy Characters Story

Is there any information about whether or not legacy characters that are not getting the legacy story are going to be addressed or if anything is going to be done at all?

Only characters that actually completed the storyline in 1.0 get the different scenes. And even then, it's a pretty minor difference.

Went through and tried loading up a couple of my untouched 1.0 characters, and none of them got the alternate opening sequences.

I assume this means that players had to at least do something with their characters, though I have no idea what.


The characters I tested with were pretty much unused in 1.0. I'd run them through the introduction sequence and no more than that.

Yes, the character had to have finished the main storyline in 1.0 to get the different scenes. I have two accounts, one with a character that finished 1.0, and one with a character I only got to 32 (this account). My finished character got the different cutscenes. This one did not. There was a thread about this on the beta forums, and it's been confirmed by other players sharing their results that you need to have finished the main storyline to get the different cutscenes. We don't know for sure if there are OTHER requirements as well (such as specific battles), but we do know for certain that the character needs to have finished the main storyline.

Please leave your certainty at the door and take time to read the whole thread before trying to deny the bug.

It's already been said by people who didnt finish the main story, not even fought Van Darnus, that they got 1.0 intro.
The bug was sent into "Accepted bugs" subforum in beta phase 3. And it's been sent to the "Accepted bugs" here too.


Now all we are waiting is for SE to fix the mess quickly or at least to give a damn sign to people awaiting anxiously here that they show they even care. It's the main story guys, come on...

There's a lot more differences than that. Minfillia isn't the only character that recognizes you, and more people remember eventually

Please, don't tell me more, I want to keep being surprised when I get to play the main story correctly in a year or two.
