Gods I hope you are right about it possibly being fixed.

Because if you are wrong. than they are likely not going to address this issue for quite some time.

Everyone treats me the same as a new adventure, in Phase 3 I didnt get the cutscene but at least they were trying to remember me. Now I'm a nobody everything I ever did in 1.0 is meaningless.

Just going to add my name to list this: no legacy intro.

It's a little sad after all this wait to not get it. I was actually finding myself a bit frustrated during the game that everyone was treating me as some green adventurer!

I did receive the Legacy Chocobo though, not sure about the tattoos.

I keep hearing you need to be van darnis or at least get to him, can we get a dev to comment on this, Please, because from what I remember Yoshi-P never mentioned any extra requirement to being 1.0 and I think this whole mess is just really really bad form on SE's part.

It's a bug that is still persistent. Out of my three 1.0 characters, only 1 got the 1.0 intro and extra text from the NPCs. The other 2 got the CS as if they were fresh characters and to make things worse, they didn't have their Legacy Tattoos or the Legacy Chocobo for a good while. However, out of nowhere, the tattoos showed up and the legacy chocobo was delivered by mail after a couple hours so it seems like the game had to remember their actual status..

Mostly posting just to keep this thread alive, but seriously SE. We're not asking that you drop everything to fix this bug right now. We understand (or at least most of us do) that it's a minor issue and that there are more pressing matters that you need to deal with. But really, how long does it take to post a few lines to let us know what is going on? An official word would go a long way towards placating everyone (and not just about this issue either).

I agree. My character is still not being acknowledged in cut scenes and the inn still shows the new character stuff.

I would just like to at least hear that they're aware or looking into it or if there was certain requirements to achieve the special story let us know. Absolute silence just shows a lack of caring.

Can't really see it as a lack of caring right now, seeing as they seem to have servers exploding into glittery bits, but like... Bayohne, where you at bro?
