* Here are some of the events we are promoting:

- Social Raids. (on fri-sat-sun's)
- Group F.A.T.E.S. (daily if possible)
- Crafting Fairs. (every other thursday)
- Treasure Hunting day (s). (ever mon. & every other wed.)
- Promoting from with-in ceremonies. (every last mon of the month)

*-None of these are mandatory but it will be nice to see you there.

* We focus on helping new ppl get started.. answer any question any1 may have.. announcements will be made.. so please be on the look out for future events.

* I don't require anyone to have Mumble- Scype or any of that to join so that's a plus.. right?

* Once I reach around 25- 50- 75- even 100 I would like to have a meet & greet day so every1 can come meet every1.. hopefully this will be the historical foundation in which this FC.. is forged.

By request here's 5 rules I will enforce in my FC:

* Respect every1's opinion & vise versa.
- If some1 is giving advice on a subject matter & you KNOW it to be wrong info please be polite when
correcting that person and point that person in the direction of your source so that every1 will learn
where to go to get the correct information.

* Zero tolerance for bulling.
- I don't like to see that type of behavior in real life so in game it's out of the question.
- To be found guilty of such.. is an act of cruelty & grounds for termination due to breach
of agreement.

* Drama will not be allowed in the FC under ANY circumstances.
- If this occurs more then once then a trial will be held so that both parties will be able to present their case in front of 5 captains & myself.. & from there we will have a talk to decide your future with this FC.

* Cursing will kelp at a minimum.
- I want children to join
- I want couples to join as well.
- Single people are always welcomed.

* If any member claim another was trolling him/her unwantedly & was asked to stop multiple times but it continued.. then a trial will be held to decide your fate.. either:
- you would be allowed to stay.. but demoted.
- or.. you will be asked to leave.. immediately.. never to be allowed back in.

* Thank you all for your suggestions on things I need to work on when forming this FC.. but at the same time please don't treat me like I've been doing this
for years like other guilds that have been around for years.. I'm far from being polished.. & that is such a disadvantage if that was/is the take many of you have on me.. right out the gate.. I'm new at this & this is a learning process.. if you look above.. I am listening and appling some of what some of you have suggested.. I never said I was trying to be serious/top tier material but.. I do want to have an active FC.. I'm asking for a fair chance.. & I know I cant do this alone.

* the money goes twards rewarding others for there hard word from time to time
* fund our FC & home (we'll get)
* fund the crafters for making gear/weapons for the FC
* and much more as it comes but.. this is the basics of any successful guild and,
I really believe that this is a nice way so tht ppl wont feel like they are being forced into picking a position and FC/due they cant/or don't want to handle..
its more then fair.. it gives options.

and above all im letting ppl know this up front instead of waisting ur & my time on the back end.. wouldn't you say?

well lets put it this way:

* either your FC will remain broke and people wonder how come its not moving up in rank and getting nice things
* or only a select few will give out of the kindness of there own hearts but will be carrying the FC (and that's not cool)
- form a inner circle
- get new things while others are left with "get it how ever you can" mentality that will cause many to leave.
* I have found a medium were by the FC grows in members & FC/due ask of that person upon them choosing which department he/she wants to go into..
the responsibility that comes along with..
sooo again.. I just put what was necessary up front so many wont feel like I wasted there time in anyway..
& know were there money is going.. all of what I said above is positive..
I've experienced the things I stated above and I hated it..
so I decided to make a FC so all can live under my banner in peace..

Honestly, good luck to you.. but you're wanting approximately 4.2 MILLION gil in dues a month from you're members.

to support the following:
* rewarding those who work hard.
* suooprt the lotto system.. if you win get get back triple of what you put in say like you paid out 30k on the last Friday of the month.. the following month the lotto winner is announce & you win.. I have to pay out 90K..
* lets say you are low on funds but you paid your FC/dues.. & you let me know this. I can go talk to one of the "Elder of the Hand" & pay them to go get the mats-craft-meld it and present it to you.. & this is based on your loyalty & hard work.. I don't know how much it will cost but at least i'll be glad I could do that for you.
* treasure hunts where a member goes and hide.. & the one to find that person in 1hr. get 100K (done once a wk.)
* I could go on but I'll stop there.. im not strong arming any1.. I pour a nice percentage back into the FC.. while retaining enough to stay on course of our many goals.

I don't think that's too much to ask.. is it?

What I think is that if I was a member for 3 months of paying 150,000 and went of a four month off vacation . Then maybe I wouldn't want to join cause I'd be kick out. Basically to stay in this FC you have to keep paying due I'm not sure casual players can be in the top tier. Maybe if you have a one down payment fee to join then a a lower than what you have now fee. then maybe you can see some improvements. Cause certain giving that much money to a guy with 17 post looks kinda shady ...
