    Adding Crysta/Donation to JRCS Tohoku Earthquake relief fund

    Dear SE!

    Thank you so much for your generous donation to the Japanese Red Cross, and the possibility for us users to help supporting the Japanese Red Cross Society's Tohoku earthquake relief fund.

    My heart goes out to all the people of Japan - and everyone else - that have been affected by the recent events that have left a huge wound in your society.
    I am glad nevertheless that you have the power and humanity amongst each others to handle this in a best possible way, and I think that the rest of the world have something great to learn from your way of handling this.

    As I was planning on giving a donation, I went to my SE account to add Crysta.
    After selecting the amount I would like to add, and proceed, I get the following error message:

    ERROR (11000)
    This is an invalid operation. Please log in again from the top page.
    (Please do not perform operations with multiple windows open or using your browser's "Back" button)
    I am Norwegian, and wonder if this has something to do with legal issues in Norway toward Crysta, or if there is anything else.
    And is there another way that I can make my donation?

    Thank you in advance for your help, and once again Thank You for your amazing help and effort, it really touched my heart, and made me love SE even more.

    Thank you for being willing to donate, and we do apologize that you are experiencing difficulties doing so. However you will want to contact the Support Center appropriate to your SQUARE ENIX Account and it’s region. The SQUARE ENIX Account Management System, while used globally, still has different options dependant on your region (Japan, North America, or Europe). The Support Center for your region will be able to assist you with this problem.
