    Will the FFXIV: A Realm Reborn pre-order bonus items be linked to my Square Enix account or my service account?
    The pre-order bonus will be linked to your service account, which means every character associated with that account can receive the in-game items.

    *You also can choose which service account you wish to allocate the items to when redeeming the bonus code.

    When will I receive my pre-order bonus code and/or in-game bonus items for the Collector's Edition?
    The pre-order bonus items "Cait Sith Doll Minion" and "Mog Cap" as well as the Collector's Edition bonus items "Helm of Light," "Coeurl Mount," "Behemoth Barding," and "Baby Behemoth Minion" will be delivered via the Moogle Letter when you log in after the game officially launches.

    Please be aware that the bonus items will not be delivered during phase 4 of the Beta Test or during the Early Access period.
