about dungeon lockouts

As far as 1.0 goes, there was a 5 min lockout should you fail and a 15 min lockout should you succeed. This was the same with primals.

As far as ARR (2.0) goes, we know for sure that there is now a point system similar to WoW's Justice/Valor while the Justice counterpart has no weekly cap, there is a set cap at 2000. However, the Valor counterpart has a weekly cap of 300 (I believe) and a total cap of 2000. Exactly which points we get from the dugneons in the Duty Finder is unclear. We will find out more about the acquisition of points once the servers go live. The same with the lockout. We will find out in a couple of days, but I am assuming (and hoping) it still follows the 5/15 min system.

The vendor to spend these points on is located in Mor Dhona at one of the camps. The lower point set allows the player to purchase Darklight armor for all classes. While the higher point set allows the player to purchase tier 2 artifact gear (AF). This is the same NPC the player must visit to trade in spoils from both Odin and Behemoth. Both of the gear types from the two primals are around the item level of the Darklight.

If i remember correctly, the old AF gear is roughly 50 item level while the Darklight is around 70, and the tier 2 AF gear is 90.
