    Early Access?

    Ok, I have a question. I think I finally got everything working. I entered my early access code when it gave it to me, after entering the 16 character game code to register the game.

    Thing is, the next day Square sent me an email with the same 20 digit code, telling me to go register for early access. When I enter the code, it says its already been used. I'm ASSUMING everything is fine, and that when I entered the code before it flagged my account for early access....

    I want to be sure though. Is there any way to know for certain you have early access registered and will be ready to play Saturday, or do I just have to wait and hope it works? Thanks in advance.

    Check your launcher. If it says "Please wait for early access or release" you're good to go.

    Try to log into the client. Either it lets you and gives you a disabled play button or it tells you that you don't have an active service account. This is the only way to know for sure.

    Log in into launcher, and if you get
    Please wait until the start of the early access period or official launch to access the game.
    you're all good to go. If you get
    No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn
    you're not all that good.

    What Envision said.. If the client says that, you are okay, but if it jumps to a page that claims that there is no service account or something like that, then you will likely need to contact support.. :/

    Thank you! I'm getting "Please wait until the start of the early access period or official launch to access the game." so I guess I'm all good. I was a little worried since it says OR the official launch, but I guess I'm good to go.

    Thank you very much. I was hit by the 3102 on the first night of phase 4, and then all this preregister stuff was so wonky, I was really worried. I just want to play the game. Hopefully it all works out. If it does, see you on Ultros!

    The email they sent you is just like a follow up. If you inputted the 20 digit code after inputting the 16 digit one, you're good to go.
