Confirming Characters on PS3 for Pre-order Items

I noticed this too it, here on the forums it list both my characters but on PS3 pre-order linking to my account it only list my secondary character. I looked at the link in earlier reply but saw a few saying that had same thing but didn't see any response saying anything about it. Not that I'm worried about not be able to play my main character during EA but I want to make sure that my main gets the pre-order items or do all characters get the items?

It doesn't show my legacy character on the forums or when I linked my account. I'm hoping it is as others have said that I need to use it once before it shows up.
Because i didn't use it at all in phase 4. It can't be gone forever right? lol
