Collector's Edition Items - PC Version

I applied my collectors code, but it only said i would receive the pre-order items ( mog cap, cait sith). Is there a way to check if will receive these items?

When did you get your collectors code? I only got my preorder code so far

Pre-Order code isn't the same as the collectors code (that'll come in the box for physical product which you can redeem and get the items from delivery moogle). I don't know how digital orders get the collectors code though (or if they even need it).

But the pre-order code itself is the same for standard/collector's versions of the game, it gives early access and the two pre-order items, nothing more.

The code you recieved either a) by your purchase reciept or B) by email, should be your preorder early access code. Once inputted it should produce a 20 digit account code that registeres your account for those item. The codes like worldofneil stated will come either one of 3 ways: 1) in your box if you bought a physical copy of the game, 2) in an email from SE if you bought throught SE shop, 3) it will automaticly be applied if you bought digital but as most emails have stated, the codes have not been sent out yet for game registration or CE content. As i am also waiting for those codes from SE shop since i bought digital pc. Once SE account services catches up im sure the early access content will appear on your account info. however if you saw on the screen once you put in you EA code that those items will be applied, i sudgest you do as most will do an wait till you get an email or if you bought physical wait for it to arrive. hope that clears it up as that is how i understand it myself
