    Character level too low? Too many posts in one day?

    I'm trying to create a new thread on my world(Cactaur) forums. I'm getting this message:

    New thread cannot be created due to either you have reached to your daily limit or your main character's level is not high enough.

    My character is 20 THM, which should be sufficient... Am I missing something?

    Edit: This is my only post today.
