Bards, Checking In!

Love being a Bard, makes me feel a lot more useful in dungeons.

So I can't make my own post yet but I've got a question to the old playerbase. How many classes is too many to focus on? Am I stretching myself out too much for going for a ranged DPS/melee DPS/healer/bot/alc?

What's the go-to BRD rotation? I've just been spamming skills, but i need a rotation xD

It's more like a priority list, but here you go:

1) Misery's End
2) Bloodletter
3) Straight Shot if the buff is about to end (should also be your opener, before Bloodletter)
4) Windbite/Venomous Bite, if the debuff is about to end
5) Straighter Shot procs
6) Heavy Shot

Mind you, Misery's End, Bloodletter, Flaming Arrow, and Blunt Arrow are all off-CD abilities and can be used whenever. Also, don't do what I keep doing and wasting TP going back through your opening rotation when you switch mobs.

Would love to check in as a Bard, but while SE is still fixing my double service accounts issue I guess I have to wait.
Looking forward to being a Bard though, sounds really fun.

Was wondering if staying as an archer means more dps as well as self reliant since we can use heal / raise etc?
Not really sure if there are people who do not advance into jobs.

Look up Mr.Happy on Youtube, he's got a couple bard vids I believe and explains a couple macro's as well that are usefull

Foe requiem seems utterly useless even if there are classes that it increases the damage for. I can only keep it up for maybe a minute before Im out of MP. x_x Any tips on how/win to use it, if at all? Halp!

I wouldn't say they are "off-CD abilities" They still have a "cast animation" that can delay your other shots. ATM at my level, I try to fit them 1 at a time in between GCD shots.
