I tested Requiem with Battle Voice on HM Ifrit nails before Black Mage used meteor. Didn't notice a damage increase.

Not sure limit breaks are affected by buffs.

LB are affected by buffs. Ask any DRG who uses Blood for Blood before LBing.

both? neither? what you do is up to you. the best thing to do is get lancer to 34, that way you can pick up feint, invigorate, and blood for blood.

Question for some of you lvl 50 Bards. I always remember in WoW as a hunter I had to keep my accuracy at a specific number to maximize DPS (basically just high enough to never miss a shot, but not too high so that I possibly waste potential for more damage stats). Is there any such accuracy "soft-cap" in FFXIV for us Bards?
