Questions about "Multiple" service accounts.

Which brings me to my next set of questions (I apologize if it's too much):
How do I go about adding more service accounts under my main square enix account? I knew about the multiple service accounts under one main account and those service accounts would act as, technically, a mini account for my friends. I am completely fine with that addition. I guess my real question is how do I register those codes for separate service accounts when I have no idea where to add service accounts. Ugh, sorry I am not clear, my head hurts from all the /panic.
