Definitely not inferior. WHM has burst HPS that Scholars can't even dream of. Yes it's at the cost of high MP usage, but we can't even do it.

Yes, but scholars can stop the damage from happening in the first place with shields and a 10% total damage reduction. Its the same difference but Scholar has way more utility.
