The wrong region early access code problem

I received an EU early access code instead of an US code, could you please either swap my account to EU or give me an US code : )

i've got a question to ask SE when i get connected in their chat, and if it's a good response i'll let you know the outcome. but in the meantime, you should check your account here (http://na.square-enix.com/en/home) to see if you are set as EU or NA first. and get it set to what it should be. by default they get set to EU. (why i do not know)

they screened my chat request. so no answer to this... but i was thinking that all they would need to do is reset all the pre-order codes to not used and let people re-enter them under the correct region.

i fixed my problem simply by buying the US version and asking for a refund on my EU version (you have 14 days to do so) since there is no region lock.
