Unresolved account-related issues logged using the Bug Reports in Beta

I'm curious as to how we can keep track of issues that were raised regarding accounts during Beta that were unable to be resolved now that the Beta forums are down - I imagine they won't be back up now that Beta is over. My girlfriend and a few others were all discussing this issue since Friday morning (and raising tickets etc) but never had an official response from Square Enix other than an email sent to my good lady stating...

We are sorry to hear about your issue with the FINAL FANTASY XIV : A Realm Reborn beta. Now unfortunately as the beta has ended we cannot help troubleshoot any issues regarding your character crashing the game. If there are any issues we hope they will be fixed by the official release.

It would be nice to know that SE is definitely looking into the issue and not just waiting for early access to see if shutting down the servers will magically solve the issue! This was an issue that was worse than the 3102 in that you couldn't even access character selection (that's when it would crash) to create a character on a Japanese server. Like the 3102 error, it was account-specific, so there is nothing the user can do to resolve the issue.

All I ask is some kind of confirmation that they are looking into this problem and that, like the 3102 error and the 90000 error, they do try to fix it before early access rather than waiting for it to rear it's ugly head once more. The impression we got from Tech Support is that since Beta was over they weren't going to bother.

My girlfriend has given me grief over not being able to play ever since Friday and the last thing I need is for her rage to spill over if/when she finds out she can't play during early access, either. Hell hath no fury like a Smitten Kitten scorned. >_>;

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved. If this does continue to be a concern, please create another thread to further discuss resolutions or contact the Support Center at support.na.square-enix.com for assistance.
