Solution to Legacy Players Transferring to Non-Legacy Servers

I just want to be able to make a new character with legacy status so I can play with my friends on the server they're on, have my tramp stamp, and see the alternate interactions. I could care less about my lvl 20 1.0 character.

Easily the rudest person in this thread. Stop acting like all legacy players are jerks. Seems to me like you're the only jerk here. Besides, the worst thing a legacy player could do is put a big price tag on something. If you don't like the price, don't buy it.

Did I say "EVERY" legacy person? No.. I said all the ones who had threads. And I guess it was ok for them to belittle others but now when its turned on them its not ok. I get it..

You have no idea what letting max lvl players onto a brand new server at launch can and will do to the economy and all the new players on it.

I remember when in FFXI they made the server Hades and let us transfer toons to it back in 04. People with new toons couldn't make any money because all the lvl 75s that transferred controlled the Auction House/NMs/Sky. The prices were to the roof. So what happened? The economy failed because now you had 100s of gilsellers poping up because people couldn't farm or make monay so they bought gil.

The sad part was so many people wanted to get off that server because the economy was sooo bad and they couldn't. We were stuck on it unless we made new toons on another server.
So plz don't give me that crap about it wont hurt the server. It will..

Legacy servers are the only servers worth playing on, don't know why anyone would leave. Legacy or gtfo

ppl transfer for a lot reasons. They want to be in a server that is less congested, more new ppl to meet, BETTER PING/LATENCY, and most important of all TO BE WITH FRIENDS who can't enter legacy servers cuz it is congested and therefore locked by SE most of the time. Altho yea legacy servers are nice, but to each his own ya? )
