low xp at higher lvls

its insane why do I only get 260 xp for killing a lvl 38 mob when I need 260.000 xp to get a lvl I seem to be always half a lvl off my next story line quest, ive done all my quests but I find I have to farm half a lvl, then it happened to me again.. I always seem to be half a lvl from my next storyline quest

started happening to me around lvl 33 I was 5 lvls ahead but now im half a lvl behind constantly...

anyone else having this problem ?

As i see it at 30+ in order to get XP more efficient u need to do alot of FATE's do the Hunting logs and also if possible some Dungeon runs. Quests in this game so far are not in par with the XP needed to get to the proper levels, if u ask High lvl chars they will all tell u all of the above.

Yeah thats unfortunate if u are the "quest guy" , insted u need to be the "griding guy" right now. I hope it gets fixed that or improved.

btw imagine what happens when u try to lvl up a sub class and u dont have any quest to do........

I did do this and I had no quests on my sub class I think personally when you make another class on the same char all the quests should come back and reset for that class only so you can lvl it to max its silly the idea of having all classes and jobs on 1 char being available but no quests to do so it defeats the object of that even being in there lol

Agree they need to offer a lot more quests, I would suggest SE go back to each zone and make an additional 20-30 quests for each one.

All I can say is I am glad I levelled all my battle classes in 1.0, cause having to level a second class with no quests seems ridiculous, and farming fates is tedious as hell.

What are you guys talking about? Seriously? There are SO many side quests. Just follow the main story and it constantly opens up new hubs for you. I've leveled up to 45 without any FATE grinding just by following main story, doing all the side quests, class quests, and doing each dungeon/guildhest once. I'm still overleveled for all the quests, because they are giving too much exp. I really don't know why people think there are no quests. You realize you need to progress main story for quest hubs to unlock right?

I have done the main story and sidequests and I am running out of quests, I have been forced to do leves and guildhest half way through every level since 35.

And yes I realise I need to progress the story, except I can't cause I am now under levelled and all quests are in red.

There are more quest hubs not tied to main story. Did you miss those maybe? I don't know what to tell you otherwise, because I'm 45.5 now and my questlog has never been emptied. Granted, I had a lot of rested EXP from P4->EA , but that's it.

Where would these hubs be exactly? Cause I'm getting annoyed by being a level behind

Probably all of the teleport hubs have multiple quests, and newer quests open up after certain levels or main quest conditions.

Lol, I started my sub class and I'm already 2-3 levels behind in content in a new region. There are really not enough quests and I am seeing a lot of people saying it just gets worse as you level. They need to get rid of guildleve allowance limits and buff XP rates for FATE's if they don't add a bunch of new side quests.
