    Software Token issues

    Since the chat client held me up for 2 hours and then hung up on me when I was like 3rd in line. I will post this here.
    I am trying to download my Software Token app so that I can secure my account but the system doesn't seem to recognize the key that my preorder key gave me as a copy of FF14, however, the PC client seems to recognize it as it doesn't tell me that there are not any active service accounts on my account or whatever anymore.

    I want the app too, and may be mistaken, but i think you'll need to register the game to the account first (not early access), and that's only possible on the 27th.

    That is highly probable, but I was thinking that the preorder code from the preorder bonus code would be considered registering the game to your account, but I guess that I am wrong..
