Why can't I post on General?

Why am I unable to post in the General Forum? I haven't made any posts in General and only 1 other post in the Technical Support forum. I am getting this message saying my character level is not high enough or I have reached my daily limit. I am at the level cap in phase 4, on my conjurer (20) and level 11 on my gladiator, so that doesn't make sense either.

My guess is that they have General set to a higher level cap. Or disabled until after launch. *shrug*

Based on your max lv being 20, you cannot create any threads and you can only post 3 times a day as far as non-essential sub-forums are concerned.

Yes I get this stupid error as well, and no posts yet and lvl cap of 20. Fix it SE.

Above settings are nothing but a bunch of bull **** to keep people quiet, I remember people in Germany that made rules like this in the 1940's.

This is a pretty ridiculous restriction. How are we supposed to be supportive of the community and help answer each others questions, if we can only post a few times a day? People aren't going to want to waste one of their precious few posts just to answer a question from someone they don't even know. Seems kind of harsh imho.

Unrelated, you can screen capture on Windows by hitting the Print Screen button or ALT+Print Screen for just capturing a specific window. And then pasting it into Paint. No third party software required~

I prefer to use Gadwin because it has a rectangle you can use to select the exact section you want to capture, this way I don't have to edit it in Paint. It's a nifty little program, but they want money for it (go figure!). If anyone knows of another program that offers a rectangular selection option and is freeware, let me know, and I'll try it out.
