Please make a better Commercial for North America!

Read this long thread there are plenty of people bringing up how it belittles the community, how it looks bad, and alternative commercials with substance.

Give me your personal opinions. I wanna know what you think as an individual.

Voice over is meh! Louie looks like he's wearing a really bad cosplay outfit (where are those big knee high boots) ears too long, legs too skinny no in game video, I felt embarrassed for Squeenix, a year in production....I don't think so. Maybe the JP version was a year in production then they threw this together in the last couple of weeks. Not impressed.

Can full screen and watch even closer. My understanding this was only a pal commercial and not release in US? Was I misinformed or did that link to the blog post not say European only?

On a more personal note it felt like a WOW advert to me. The tone and feelings it projects made me think of WOW like back in THE Burning Crusade days. No offense I played wow just wanted to express what it felt like to me.

I don't think it will draw in people that are not familiar with the game. The Kingdom Hearts commercials always seemed to catch everyone's attention with the music that was played with them. They should at least use the traditional opening music for all the old school Final Fantasy's in the commercial.

Which reminds me - even the Japanese live action FFXIV v1.0 commercial was better than this - not embarrassing, showed some relevant CG, and was only half the length of this new one!
