    Response from ticket I sent for wrong EA code for PS3: BETA???

    While I expected the delay in getting a response (almost 24 hours) what I did not expect is to their response about a BETA access code issue. Wtf BETA is over, why would I need a BETA access code? Really disappointed with SE support. Anybody had any luck calling them? I heard you get to wait hours to get through only to be told to wait as they're unsure of the fix yet. Better the honesty than this stupid response that isn't what I reported on, and I have no way to reply and do anything on the ticket than to close it as "resolved."

    Yeah that's what I figured, they didn't change their canned responses from P3 or their customer service are really just clueless.

    i've given up on their customer support. their support is nothing but a pitiful joke and not worth anyone's time. SE needs to get their asses in gear if they don't want to have a launch that's even worse than the 1.0 launch because right now it's starting to look that way.

    The rest of the crap after that is general information in case it applies. You should get a separate email after that. I'm still waiting on two
