While I expected the delay in getting a response (almost 24 hours) what I did not expect is to their response about a BETA access code issue. Wtf BETA is over, why would I need a BETA access code? Really disappointed with SE support. Anybody had any luck calling them? I heard you get to wait hours to get through only to be told to wait as they're unsure of the fix yet. Better the honesty than this stupid response that isn't what I reported on, and I have no way to reply and do anything on the ticket than to close it as "resolved."Thank you for contacting the SQUARE ENIX Support Center.
