Multiple service accounts, which one holds my beta 4 character?

Hi,

I have 2 service accounts and now im not 100% sure if i used #1 or #2 during beta 4. I'm thinking i always used the upper one, and that this one is #1... but scumbag brain.

Since applying early access key is permanent, it would be quite nice if i managed to apply it to the right one...

Does anyone know if there is a way to see what characters my service accounts hold? I tried lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com but that one seem to be for legacy characters only.
This forums shows characters, but not the service account they belong to.

I have the same problem. I'm pretty sure I used XIV 1, but with how many crazy issues there've been, I don't trust the account system at all, so I'd rather have some proof that I'm activating the code on the correct service account. Unfortunately I don't know how to check which account has my Phase 4 character on it, as the Lodestone, that is linked on the code redemption page, claims that my account has no characters. Probably, as you say, because we aren't legacy/didn't play the original XIV?

Not to mention I don't even know why I have 2 service accounts. This whole system is a terrible, terrible mess - I've never had this many problems and insecurities just pre-ordering a game.

We have two accounts because we registered a beta key that was sent to us. That key was the open beta key, but we had a key from buying the game, so we had 2 keys for beta 4.

A friend of mine who is a legacy player can only see his legacy character when he logs in to the old lodestone, so it seems to be the case.

yeah, i dont thust the account system either... its a mess.
