Want to exchange EU code for US code.

I make sure that everything that can possibly be switched to a North American / US setting is switched before entering the code. I change it on the membership web page, AND the pre-order page. But it seems like even after I do that, I'm somehow getting bounced back to UK settings. I've even tried clearing the cache, cookies, a different computer... Zilch.

Same for me. I tried everything. I guess we just have to wait until the announcement at 6pm EST (3pm PDT).
