Okay, so I found out how to get to the live chat.
Just follow these steps

Select these from the dropdown menu:
Account/Billing
Registration Information
Type this in the text field:
Can't register my code
Hit next
You'll see a link, ignore it, and hit next again.
Scroll to the bottom and click the Chat button.
I've found a way around my issue since I never got hold of Square in the end, I just applied both the EA/Pre-Order code and my Game activation code to an EU account and it's completely registered everything without trouble, so I technically have Collector's edition registered on two different accounts, oh well.

the retail game code is Regional too .. wtf SE
I received an EU product key for the Digital Collector's Edition version of the game, instead of the needed NA version of the digital C.E, so sadly I can not apply this to my NA account.
It's cool guys, support finally got back to me this morning and gave me a new early access code! Man I'm sure glad of that timely response.
