I figured it would be as easy as that. It can't be that hard to sift through the email tickets to find those that mention wrong region ps3 codes and send out new generated codes.

I know how email support works, I've done it but email queue be damned there's people that have yet to have a single comment about their situation on the boards, no communication from SE and no fix to remedy not even being able to sit in the lines to log in.

There's such a thing as prioritizing tickets.

I'd love to sit on chat for several hours waiting but this damn job keeps getting in the way. I should take a day off work to wait for live chat... :P!
