112 hours and no response to my support ticket is .... pretty shameful. But whatever. They should be able to give me a NA region code via chat.
[edit] Got to 1st position in the queu for the next available agent.... then it told me there are no agents to talk to. ....so I'm in the queue again. Yay! Only 3 hours of my life wasted away. Whatever. gonna waste so many more playing this game. ^_^![]()

I just waited in the live chat queue for 2 hours, finally got to position 1 from 300 and something...
and then...
"Status: Canceled
There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later. "
I never EVER say anything like this but: fuck you Square Enix. Seriously. You're the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From being given incompatible region codes to not having my ticket responded to EVER to a thousand errors to not being able to make characters on my friend's servers to WAITING AT MY COMPUTER FOR TWO HOURS ONLY TO BE DISCONNECTED WHEN I'M #1 IN QUEUE...to solve a problem entirely on their end...
there aren't words to express how I'm feeling. I'm not going to be able to play now because it won't let me register copies of the game i have ALREADY PAID FOR.
I've never experienced something so ridiculous in my life.
I'm particularily impressed that they got the pre-order bonus items to those in game, that's great. How about those of us who can't even access anything.
I also found out the hard way that if you're past 6pm PST it won't connect you to an agent but it will let you sit in queue for however long past that thinking that you'll get someone.
I worked in CS for seven years and that's ridiculous. Either pay people over time to finish everyone in the queue before 6pm or kick everyone still waiting out at 6 to at least not get their hopes up for nothing. The latter is still really crappy.

I figured it would be as easy as that. It can't be that hard to sift through the email tickets to find those that mention wrong region ps3 codes and send out new generated codes.
I know how email support works, I've done it but email queue be damned there's people that have yet to have a single comment about their situation on the boards, no communication from SE and no fix to remedy not even being able to sit in the lines to log in.
There's such a thing as prioritizing tickets.
I'd love to sit on chat for several hours waiting but this damn job keeps getting in the way. I should take a day off work to wait for live chat... :P!
Wheres the fuckin Live Chat? I cant find in that link. Im CRAZY to play this game but I couldnt even see my characters yet because of this "Wrong Region". ¬¬
