    That sucks. That said, have you sent in a support ticket? I know these forums *should* have people at SE reading them (and 5^£&ing responding to the threads), but apparently not yet. It's the only thing I can suggest. Maybe in investigating what's wrong with your case they can finally figure out exactly what the issue is. I know it's not much comfort to you, but sometimes shit happens that no one can predict in a way that just defies logic.

    EDIT: Also, it seems the servers for NA/EU are down Until Further Notice anyway due to maintenance to fix the instance servers.

    I finally just pre-ordered a windows copy for $30 at GameStop. I didn't care about EA nearly as much as getting my in-game items. It's a bit of a waste of money since I'm a PS3 player, but I'm tired of waiting for SE to figure this out. My PC code worked first time, and now I'm all set with my items.
