it's because they obviously do not care about us at all anymore. they got our money so now they come up with lies saying they fixed the issue when they didn't do a damn thing. SE is starting to become nothing but a joke now with their lies and HORRIBLE customer support....

It seems no matter what channel you choose to contact them, you either get no response or something stupid happens.

Sounds like it was specifically for NA ppl, who ordered through the SE store, didn't say anything about any other store.
