yeah, if you could fix your damn code, that would be great
So how about we all go on the twitter page and respond to the tweet that says it is fixed to let them know it is not. I put in what version I preordered and from where. (ps3 CE from Amazon), still same wrong/invalid code generated for PSN.
It doesn't really make sense that you can play on any server whatever the region but the pre-order codes are region specific.
they don't read or pay attention to their twitter so that won't help at all just face the fact that SE doesn't care about us gamers and we have all been screwed out of our money
And here's a link to it:

Haha, two hours laterStatus: Canceled

This issue is NOT fixed. I'm still getting the same invalid code. I guess most ps3 users are screwed.
I just spent 3 hours on hold, not toll free, and 3000 miles away, only to get cut off before I even spoke to anyone. I'm not looking forward to that phone bill. Also, I can't submit a ticket because it says my ID is wrong, even though it works here on the forums, and the SE account page.
I see SE's customer service hasn't changed a single bit since I played FFXI.
Anyways barring a miracle, I'm done with this game. So many headaches and it hasn't even been released yet.
You are #90 in the queue. You should be connected to an agent in about 2:00.
ORLY?
The issue WILL NOT be fixed. Get new pre-order codes WHILE YOU CAN. Once tomorrow rolls over it will be impossible and you will be stuck. Don't wait anymore, pre-order the game, get the code, and cancel said pre-order. That is your only solution beside sharing codes with others.
