Early Access code - Wrong Region

Don't give up if you pre-ordered PC!

Pick your region> Login> when you get to the screen of typing the code, click where it says language and pick your region (even if its on the correct one). THEN put your code.

If you on PS3, your stuck... call chat support or pre-order the game again for a new code.

That advice was for the people above you. Your a special case. you need a brand spanking new Square-Enix account. Is unfortunate but you will lose all your phase 4 progress. Make a new NA account. You can keep using this account on the forum but yeah...

Your other option is to import an EU copy of the game. You will have to do this with all future expansions as well. That means cancelling that NA copy you purchased as you wont be able to register it.

If you have a Playstation 3 and a PC. During the early access stage, you will be able to dual account your EU and NA account(as the 6 days(24-30 rumored) are free without billing info). You can transfer all items and coins from the EU acc to the NA acc.(assuming you able to enter behe) But yeah...

You may download the full game but that don't mean your allowed to use it past August 30th. The registration key wall will hit you. Will tell you, you cannot play until you register the game. The pre-order code IS NOT the registration. If your account is EU as you say, your NA registration code will not work. You will either have to choose to buy an EU version of the game or make a new SE account.

I'm trying to help you avoid a worse situation when you realize all that EA progress you did will be put to a stop until you buy an EU version of the game. Then you will be twice as upset.

that won't work because the eu version of the game is region locked.

I can't believe there's still no update to this!! I'm so glad the cancel and re pre-order worked for me. They really are the worst company ever.
