    ** I was asked where I preordered from, what URL the retailer told me to redeem at, what my 6-3-6-3 code was, what my incorrect region 20 digit code was, etc.
    5) Tech will give you a new code (hopefully?) and wait on the phone while you enter it
    6) Say "thank you!" and hang up; then relax until Saturday!
    I think you are the first person I've seen say that support did anything other than take their info and tell them to wait for a fix.

    This was also probably because his issue was with the PC code.
    Unlike the PS3 code, SE seem to be able to just regenerate a PC code.

    Live chat support took all the same info from me, then said we're aware of the problem, no new code, and I'm PC.
