There was another twitter update 40 mins ago but still no word for those of us experiencing this problem. I don't think I've ever encountered such incompetence before. Do we seriously have to exchange codes to get this resolved? This has been an absolute failure. Between the phase 4 problems, the convoluted website/account management and all of the early access related nonsense, this is proving to be an embarrassment. For a company trying to save face after a disastrous first attempt of a release, they are not doing a very good job.

Yeah, every time I think I've seen the worst possible user interaction systems, SE proves they can do even worse. Every other game, you'd log into your one and only account page, add a key to your account and be done. This issue is quite annoying and they are not hearing us.
