Early Access code - Wrong Region

How do you people request the code to be resent?
I tried inputting it on the Register game page but it says the code is invalid. When I try on http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/, it says already used.

Not sure. I would give SE customer support a call/live chat though.

I wonder if that would work with EU. Make a EU PSN account, redeem the code and hope it works with your NA account. I would think it wouldn't since dlc is always region locked but it's worth a shot.
