edit: I'm wondering if it has to do with when you first entered the code. I first got mine to go through early morning the 21st. I've seen a number of ppl who entered it the first time later managed to fix theirs.
well tehcnicly if you go to the pre order website and enter the code again its gonna do two things send you the same code again by email or it will bring you to a new page with the code and send you a email with the same code you see and it will be a new one code
if its a na code it will bring you to the new page if not it will just keep sending you the EU code and saying error
