They close at 5pm PST, that is why the busy signal I'm sure.Well just tried calling SE and I get a busy signal..... I'm truly astonished that they still haven't come forward & apologized & tried to make things right. They obviously know about it, but say little to nothing about it. Getting really aggravated with this company's poor business ethics.
Are you sure you guys didn't preorder from an EU based site and now you're expecting NA codes to be magically available for you?
join the team lol we've been stuck like that for over a day and still no progress i hope that maybe that eu code will still let us do EA but idk!

I have a problem I accidently link both pre-order codes to my account how do I unlink or fix it?
People are swapping codes since SE has so far done bugger all to address this issue. A NA region friend of mine had an EU code since Tuesday and is now registered for early access thanks to a very helpful EU player. Looks like the players have to do what SE refuses to.
In fact SE didn't say anything about regional code in the first place while they gave a group of fuster cluck EU+NA codes to our retrailer.
