So it seems the general consensus is they refuse to change your account region, I wonder why that is.
I emailed them myself, curious to see if I'll get a reply.
At the very least you would think that they could help us out by giving us a code that is valid for the region our account is set to.
I haven't heard anyone who had the correct social site settings not get a proper NA key, but I suppose anything is possible. I know the biggest hold up is the social site likes to log you into the EU version of the site and not the NA version, it also likes to set your language to English (UK) instead of English (US).
Ive done everything and still getting eu codes when I should be getting NA codes. This is depressing
Same here. I've repeatedly made sure all my settings in the profile are set to US, I make sure it's the NA site, and the link is pointing to NA not EU, always the same EU code.
i keep getting the same code over and over when i try and each time it is an invalid code and i found that it was the EU code..... SE needs to fix this or at least give us an update already! it's been 2 days since they said they would keep us updated and they haven't done anything.... Starting to lose my faith in this game.... even 1.0 had a better early access launch than this and that's depressing....
Pretty frustrating. I've went to change my region settings on my account numerous times. It just keeps bouncing back to English (UK). I don't know if that's the main issue.. But no matter what I do I cannot seem to get myself the NA 20 digit code. I've gotten about 10 emails in my inbox with the EU RAAE code from SE because I've submitted so many times haha.
Unfortunately I have the exact opposite situation as the OP - I am NA and no matter what I do, my settings keep changing me back to being UK. So all I get are EU codes, despite the fact that my official account says The Americas. :/
If you guys can't get your regions fixed, I'll be happy to trade my EU (PC) code for someone's NA, sigh...

My issue is I'm in the EU, I bought an EU copy of the game from the Store, got the EA code (Which I assume is EU) But the site they gave in the email says that the code is the wrong region, unfortunately my account is apparently set to the Americas for some reason, I don't know if I just didn't pay attention or what, but I should be able to use the code I got with my game, otherwise there's a real problem here, being able to buy EU products with an account apparently set to America.Unfortunately I have the exact opposite situation as the OP - I am NA and no matter what I do, my settings keep changing me back to being UK.
