How do you request another copy to be sent, I don't understand how people are doing that.
Tried going to na.square-enix.com and changing my country to Italy, but eu code still didnt work. :-)
Too bad the secure.square-enix site doesnt allow us to change region or Id try that.

You just go to the site where you enter your 6-3-6-3 code and enter it again. Some people say it worked, but hasnt for me.

It's the serial number/product code that you should have received when you pre-ordered the game. If you ordered from the square-enix store, it'll be under the Pre-order Bonus Package section in the e-mail receipt that they send you after you place the order.
Anyway, I'm also still receiving EU codes from a fully NA registered account. I have gotten 15 emails of the same EU (RAAE) code just today. Every single time I tried, I have reset my internet cache and gone through the process of changing my account settings and languages, making absolutely sure that everything screams that it's a NA account that it's registering, and I still receive the same crap.
I got in contact with support yesterday about it, and they just told me "it's been resolved, try re-entering the code again!".. Yeah, worthless advice. I now have 2 support tickets up, fully detailing the problem and I am awaiting a response.

So here are my results. 160 long person queue, took 1 hr and 55 minutes to get to the top of the line. Once I got to 5th place in the queue the wait was agonizing! This is what I was met with:
Seriosuly SE, your company is one big piece of sh*t. I can't believe I fell for this nonsense again 3 years later. I have now officially spent more time trying to input an early access code (just to get another code nonetheless) than I have spent playing P4 last weekend.
