Have you clicked the left side one that states Square Enix North America? Seems they merged the two regions together and the NA profiles have to be "merged" with the EU ones. But interesting is when I looked at the URL after login it stated EU.square-enix.com, and after I did the left box login to merge it changed to NA.square-enix.com. Check yours, if you login to the EU one, log out then use left box one, then try your code again. It maybe due to not being fully merged over to the other servers to tell it you are actually NA not EU. Just a thought, not done my codes yet was waiting a bit for die down or email to go put in... but will try later tonight.
Took me a long time to get my first email copy of the code..
This is the queue for customer service. This won't end well I am certain. Will post results in 2 hours.

I really don't think it matters if you registered with an EU code or an NA code...Since they are both play on the same servers I don't think it matters. Both EU and NA sites show my games, so I think you are good if you registered. As long as its not JP...

BEing able to play on the same server has nothing to do with it. Even the Japanese can go to NA/EU servers if they want to or vice versa. The problem is with the SE account (the https://secure.square-enix.com site not the social site) regions as well as, the PSN regions for PS3 users since you cannot register your codes if their regions don't match.

Dev update please.Only takes 5 seconds to post.Ease some of our racing minds.
The Square Enix site layouts and systems are all so absurdly confusing, Go to one site for your account (which is only accessed by knowing the URL), another site for that same information but less in depth and apparently useless, and then you visit a third site for something else or to register one of the 3000 codes you have to enter to register your game, your name, your family tree, medical records and your hopes and your dreams. BUT then it tells you that all of this can only be done when the moon is full and the Gypsies dance naked around a fire at midnight.BEing able to play on the same server has nothing to do with it. Even the Japanese can go to NA/EU servers if they want to or vice versa. The problem is with the SE account (the https://secure.square-enix.com site not the social site) regions as well as, the PSN regions for PS3 users since you cannot register your codes if their regions don't match.
Well played, Square Enix, I have been bamboozled.

I still keep getting EU codes....im out of ideas ive called and emailed them and waiting patiently but everyone around me i feel like they are getting their codes and im not
Add me to the pile of NA people stuck with EU codes. I've done ALL the tricks people suggest, made sure I'm on NA sites, edit settings to make sure Language and Region are set to US-en. I just get the same RAAE code over and over again.
