112 hours and no response to my support ticket is .... pretty shameful. But whatever. They should be able to give me a NA region code via chat.

[edit] Got to 1st position in the queu for the next available agent.... then it told me there are no agents to talk to. ....so I'm in the queue again. Yay! Only 3 hours of my life wasted away. Whatever. gonna waste so many more playing this game. ^_^
