Early Access code - Wrong Region

I'm in the same boat as you. I've tried everything over the past 48 hours, and it keeps spitting the same EU code back at me. I have over 50 emails in my inbox with the same stupid code.

You win, I've only got 14 copies in my email with the same damn EU code :P

Just got an email back from support telling me they will get back to me within 2 business days lol. There's 5 other people in my guild with the exact same problem and there were countless others on the beta forums right before they were taken down early this morning. I'm about to tell SE to go f*ck themselves.

Wow 50! I have only 17. I finally tried my back up code but since SEN is down there's no way to redeem it so I have to wait till later, hopefully it'll be worth it and will be an NA code finally.

I redeemed mine on the 20th and was able to get a NA code reissued yesterday via this.

i did the same first time on the 20th it gave me EU code then yesterday went back and give me a NA code

I only started getting them this morning :P
And I'm pretty sure I submitted the code a lot more than 14 times, so I'm just waiting for the rest to hit my inbox.

FOund this interesting... if you go to the http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ go to the upper right corner to log in, you get that screen with choices on the left and login on the right. Have you clicked the left side one that states Square Enix North America? Seems they merged the two regions together and the NA profiles have to be "merged" with the EU ones. But interesting is when I looked at the URL after login it stated EU.square-enix.com, and after I did the left box login to merge it changed to NA.square-enix.com. Check yours, if you login to the EU one, log out then use left box one, then try your code again. It maybe due to not being fully merged over to the other servers to tell it you are actually NA not EU. Just a thought, not done my codes yet was waiting a bit for die down or email to go put in... but will try later tonight.

No my dear, not the pre-order site, for get that for a moment. Not talking about going to the preorder site and hovering the mouse and selecting that language/region.

Just go to the normal FFXIV website http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/. Upper right corner there is a Log In link, click that. Then you are taken to a screen that has three boxes on the left, FB, Steam, and SE North America, and on the right side, Username and password section with a login button. If you use your login on the right, look at the URL after it redirects you back. Then upper corner, lick your name and select User settings, if it http://eu.square-enix.com/us/profile/edit/basic, then you are not migrated, you should be on http://na.square-enix.com/us/profile/edit/basic . Log out and then go to log back in, use the SE North America box on left not the right side login this time, use your email and password to migrate. Then at bottom of User settings you can change to US lang, then at very bottom footer on right side has another to change. May change back after saving, but it should then give you the NA site instead. Or you can even try the login at the normal http://na.square-enix.com/us/ and see what the URL states.

Sorry, mind goes faster than fingures now adays... hope this clears it up a bit.

That is very interesting, I'm not sure what that means though, until they let both region's codes work, it doesn't really help that much.

Edit: My usual login doesn't seem to work when I try the SEA Migration.
